On Wednesday, September 8, 2021 the Council of the Township of Adjala-Tosorontio will hold a public meeting, pursuant to Section 12(1) of the Development Charges Act, 1997, as amended, to present and obtain public input on the Township’s proposed development charges By-Law and underlying background study.

All interested parties are invited to attend the Public Meeting of Council and any person who attends the meeting may make representations relating to the proposed by-law and background study. The meeting is scheduled to be held virtually at this time on:

Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at 6:00 pm

As the Township Office remains closed to the public at this time, members of the Public are not permitted to attend in person due to the ongoing COVID-19 emergency.

• To make a delegation, email the Clerk's Department no later than 5:00 pm on Wednesday, September 8, 2021
• To submit written comments, email the Clerk's Department no later than 5:00 pm on Wednesday, September 8, 2021

The comments will be read during the public meeting portion on the Agenda.

In order that sufficient information is made available to the public, the D.C. Background Study is being made available online at the Township website on July 28, 2021. Copies of the proposed by-law and the background study is also available as of July 13, 2021 from the Township Clerks office.
