Event/Meeting Spaces

The Township has two event/meeting spaces available for rent, the Municipal Centre Public Room (indoor) and the Gazebo (outdoor), both located at the Township Office.

Our event and meeting spaces are available for public rentals. Please contact Customer Service for additional information.

Municipal Centre Public Room  

The Municipal Centre Public Room is a great choice to host events such as bridal or baby showers, birthday parties or family reunions! 

Included in the rental is an adjoining kitchen, and use of our inventory of tables and chairs. Please Note: The adjoining kitchen may be used for food storage only. Food handling, preparation or cleanup is prohibited.

Gazebo

The Gazebo located on the Municipal Centre grounds is the perfect place for a picnic, marriage ceremony or to enjoy the outdoors! A portable toilet is located in close proximity from early spring to late fall.

    • Weekday or Weekend - $20 (2 hours or less)
  • Non-Residents: Per Event
    • Weekday or Weekend - $75 (3 to 5 hours)

Sports Fields

The Township has numerous baseball diamonds and soccer fields available for rent!

The opening date for the public to book sports fields for the 2024 season is April 1, 2024.

  • Tournaments & Events Adult/Minor (per day) - $70

Sports Fields: Baseball Diamonds

The Township has four baseball diamonds available for rent this season (May through to October). 

You can request a baseball diamond using our Request Form.

John O. Irwin Ball Diamond at Veteran's Park

8186 Main St, Everett, ON

This full-sized diamond features a gravel infield and raised mound with covered cement-block dugouts. Bases and field equipment are not supplied. 

The park features washrooms (available to rentals only), bleachers and a playground.

Ross Houston Memorial Park

8090 Concession Road 4, Lisle, ON

This fully-fenced, full-sized diamond features a clay infield and raised mound with covered, cement-block dugouts. The base system is in-ground, but bases are not supplied. In-ground bases or nail-in bases may be used.

The park features washrooms, and a playground.

Stanley H. Bailey Park

29 Fisher Drive, Everett, ON

This junior sized diamond features a gravel infield and covered dugouts. Bases and field equipment are not supplied. 

The field is adjacent to John O. Irwin, which has a playground.

Haley Park

2774 County Road 50, Loretto, ON

This junior-sized diamond features a gravel infield with benches. Bases and field equipment are not supplied.

This park features a playground and portable washrooms. 

Sports Fields: Soccer Fields

 The Township has four soccer fields available for rent this season.

 Warden's Park, located on the Municipal Centre grounds, 7855 30 Sideroad, Alliston, features one senior field and two junior   fields, a playground and a walking trail. There are two portable toilets at this park.

 Haley Park, located at 2774 County Road 50, Loretto, features one junior field and a playground. Portable toilets are available at this park.
