Do you have questions for our Planning Department or are you looking to submit an application? Planning Department Staff are available on Thursdays from 9 a.m. to noon by appointment. To book an appointment, please call 705-434-5055 ext. 222. Residents are encouraged to pre-book an appointment to ensure a member of the Planning Department is available to assist with your inquiries.
Planning applications
Development review is required where property restrictions affect the properties project goals. In these situations, we encourage property owners to arrange a pre-consultation meeting with the Township of Adjala-Tosorontio's Planning Department to find out about the application process the property owner may incur.

Committee of Adjustments
The Committee of Adjustments is an independent body of 5 members appointed by Council, under authority granted by the Province of Ontario and hears applications for minor variances and consent applications.
