To Whom It May Concern,

This notice is to advise you that the Township of Adjala-Tosorontio has retained the construction services of Buildscapes Construction Ltd. to complete the rehabilitation of Culvert 71 and Culvert 72.

Concession Road 2 will be closed at Culvert 71 between HWY 89 and 30 Sideroad Adjala starting July 22, 2024 for an approximate duration of two (2) weeks. Afterward, Concession Road 3 will be closed at Culvert 72 between 30 Sideroad Adjala and 25 Sideroad Adjala starting August 12, 2024 for an approximate duration of two (2) weeks. It should be noted that these construction schedules are subject to change based on weather and site conditions.

The temporary road closures will be implemented to facilitate the rehabilitation of each culvert structure which are currently in the need of remedial work. The scope of work for construction at each site includes the interior structural repairs of the culvert barrels, roadway widening, embankment stabilization and the installation of new guiderail systems.
During the roadway closures, access will be maintained to all private properties located within the construction limits at each site.

A detour route will be provided during each roadway closure along Concession Road 3 and Mono-Adjala Townline (during Culvert 71 rehabilitation) and Concession Road 4 (during Culvert 72 rehabilitation) for all through traffic requiring access to the opposite side of the culvert structures.
