NOTICE OF FULL ROAD CLOSURE OF COUNTY ROAD 14

ROAD CONSTRUCTION IMPROVEMENTS AND CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW ROUNDABOUT

The County of Simcoe hereby advised and notifies all affected parties of the full road closure of County Road 14 as part of the road construction improvements and construction of a new roundabout. A detour route will be implemented complete with full signage. Emergency Services have been notified and Public Advisory signs will also be erected at all roadway approaches to
County Road 14 one (1) week prior to the full closure.

The full road closure will allow for storm sewer works, road reconstruction, ditch regrading, private driveway culvert replacement and construction of a new roundabout.

County Road 14 will be fully closed between Concession 8 and Concession 7. However, local access to all residential properties within this stretch of County Road 14 will be maintained at all times from either the east or west ends.

The full closure of County Road 14 will take place over two (2) months from August 2022 to October 2022. The full closure is anticipated to start August 15, 2022. Lane restrictions will be in place after the full road closure.
