The Township of Adjala-Tosorontio intends to amend the Site Alteration & Fill By-Law 20-47, as amended, Section 20.3, to amend Section 20.0 to add the following:

20.3 e) remove the fill that has been placed or dumped within forty-eight (48) hours after service of the order, or such other length of time as may be specified in the order;

The Township will also be considering the short form wording for set fines.

Township Council will consider this matter, via regular meeting with electronic participation, at its meeting on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 scheduled to start at 6:00 pm.
