Notice of Passing of Zoning By-law for 9157 30th Sideroad, Tosorontio

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Adjala-Tosorontio passed By-law No. 23-71 on August 9th, 2023 under section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.13, as amended.

AND TAKE NOTICE that any person or agency may appeal to the Ontario Land Tribunal (OL T) in respect of the By-law by filing with the Clerk of the Corporation of the Township of Adjala-Tosorontio, not later than the 30th DAY OF AUGUST 2023.

The purpose and effect of the By-law is to permit the construction of a detached accessory structure located in-front of the existing single-family dwelling and within the exterior side yard, within the Agricultural (A) Zone.

Notice of Refusal of Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment for 4632 County Road 50

TAKE NOTICE that at its regular meeting of August 9th, 2023, the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Adjala-Tosorontio refused to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law 03-57.

AND TAKE NOTICE that the person requesting the amendment, the County of Simcoe or the Minister may appeal the refusal to the Ontario Municipal Board by filing with the Clerk of the Corporation of the Township of Adjala-Tosorontio, not later than the 30th DAY OF AUGUST 2023.
