The Council of the Township of Adjala-Tosorontio, pursuant to Procedure Schedule for Highway Closing By-law 03-02 Policy and Procedures for the Sale and Other Disposition of Land Policy adopted by By-law 11-08 on March 7, 2011 for the lands described as:

Part of Lots 32 and 33, Concession 3, in the former Township of Tosorontio, municipally known as 8889 Concession Road 3, Adjala-Tosorontio, PIN 58196-0003 (LT), (the “Property”) in the Township of Adjala-Tosorontio, County of Simcoe.

The subject unopened road runs through an existing property and is not accessible.

Anyone who claims their land will be prejudicially affected by the proposed closure and sale may submit to the Clerk in writing, reasons supporting the claim by May 28, 2021.
