A by-law to establish a tariff of fees and procedures for the processing of Planning Applications.

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Adjala-Tosorontio has drafted a by-law under Section 45(1) & 34(12) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended, for all properties located within the Township of Adjala-Tosorontio, County of Simcoe.

AND TAKE NOTICE that considering the COVID-19 context, the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Adjala-Tosorontio will hold a Virtual Public Meeting with a commenting period from March 11, 2022 to April 12, 2022 on the mentioned report in such a way that the public can participate by sending their comments through letters or faxes or emails or voice messages or video clips to:
