TAKE NOTICE THAT the Township of Adjala-Tosorontio intends to pass a By-law to establish and fix the rates or charges for supplying water to users from the Municipal Water Works Systems and to establish procedures for the collection of water accounts.

The proposed By-law will come before Council for its consideration at its Regular Meeting of Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Building located at 7855 30th Sideroad, Alliston.

A PUBLIC MEETING has been scheduled to take place on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. at the Administration Centre located at 7855 30th Sideroad, Alliston to allow the public an opportunity to comment. As the Township Office remains closed to the public at this time, members of the Public are not permitted to attend in person due to the ongoing COVID-19 emergency.

Members of the Public wishing to submit comments for the public Meeting can do so in writing to Alice Byl, Acting Clerk by email prior to 5:00 p.m. on December 9, 2020. The comments will be read during the public meeting portion.
