The Committee hereby does authorize the Minor Variance Application requesting relief from the Township of Adjala-Tosorontio Zoning By-law 03-57 as amended, in order vary the following provision of the by-law:

To permit the construction of an oversized detached accessory structure with a maximum size of 58 squared metres, which will be located closer to the interior side property line with a minimum side yard setback of 2.5 metres, within the Hamlet Residential One (HR1) Zone.
