The Committee hereby does authorize the Minor Variance Application requesting relief from the Township of Adjala-Tosorontio Zoning By-law [03-57] as amended, in order vary the following provisions of the by-law:

The Committee hereby does authorize the Minor Variance Application requesting relief from the Township of Adjala-Tosorontio Zoning By-law [03-57] as amended, in order vary the following provisions of the by-law:

To alter the required north interior side yard set back from a required 10 metres to 4.79 metres for an addition, allow lot coverage of 6.9% and to recognize the existing setbacks for the principal dwelling. Decision notice.

The Committee hereby grants Provisional Consent to the application, subject to and entirely conditional upon fulfillment by the Applicant, to the satisfaction of the Committee of the conditions noted in the decision notice for file D10-B01-21.
