The Township of Adjala-Tosorontio is amending and consolidating Site Plan Control By-law 20-09. Section 2 will introduce the definition for “Building Envelope”. Section 7 will outline when residential drawings are required. Section 13 will clarify delegated authority for execution of an agreement.

NOTICE TO TOWNSHIP OF ADJALA-TOSORONTIO RATEPAYERS

TAKE NOTICE that the first installment of the 2023 Interim Tax Bill is due on Friday, March 31, 2023.  Payment must be received by the due date. Penalty charges are levied at a rate of 1.25% on the first day of default and on the first day of each month thereafter.
