Please be advised that Pilen Construction of Canada’ subcontract Lisbon Paving, will be paving surface course asphalt on Bayberry Drive and Hawthorns Garden in the Colgan Development
from:
Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at approximately 7:00 am until approximately Friday, October 24, 2025, and will continue until approximately 7:00 pm (weather permitting).

The crew will be starting day one at Hawthorns Garden. Please do not park any vehicles on the public roads during this time.

During this time, depending on where the crews are working on a specific day, residents will not have access to their driveways and are advised to park vehicles outside of the construction
zone while the scheduled works are ongoing on your specific street. If not relocated, vehicles will be towed and relocated to Concession 8 North of County Road 14.
Should you require use of your vehicles during paving, ensure they are relocated prior to 7:00 a.m. during this paving operation. Vehicles may drive on the surface course asphalt and
be returned to your driveways at the end of the day after paving is completed on your Street or once advised by the construction team on site.

Your cooperation and patience during the construction period is greatly appreciated. We regret any inconvenience you may experience as a result of the process.
