Event/Meeting Spaces
Let Adjala–Tosorontio host your next meeting, sporting event, wedding or other special occasion. Submit a completed request form to Customer Service to get started! A Customer Service team member will respond to your request within 2 business days of receipt.
The Township has two event/meeting spaces available for rent, the Municipal Centre Public Room (indoor) and the Gazebo (outdoor), both located at the Township Office.
Our event and meeting spaces are available for public rentals. Please contact Customer Service for additional information.

Municipal Centre Public Room
The Municipal Centre Public Room is a great choice to host events such as bridal or baby showers, birthday parties or family reunions!
Included in the rental is an adjoining kitchen, and use of our inventory of tables and chairs. Please Note: The adjoining kitchen may be used for food storage only. Food handling, preparation or cleanup is prohibited.

Outdoor Space
Gazebo
The Gazebo located on the Municipal Centre grounds is the perfect place for a picnic, marriage ceremony or to enjoy the outdoors! A portable toilet is located in close proximity from early spring to late fall.

- Non-Residents: Per Event
- Weekday or Weekend – $75 (3 to 5 hours)
- Weekday or Weekend – $25 (2 hours or less)

Sports Fields
The Township has numerous baseball diamonds and soccer fields available for rent! The opening date for the public to book sports fields for the 2026 season is May 1, 2026.
If you are interested in becoming a designated Sports user group, please contact Customer Service.

John O. Irwin Ball Diamond at Veteran’s Park

This full-sized diamond features a red clay infield and raised mound with covered cement-block dugouts. Bases and field equipment are not supplied.
The park features washrooms (available to rentals only), bleachers and a playground.
Ross Houston Memorial Park

This full-sized diamond features a gravel infield and raised mound with covered cement-block dugouts. Bases and field equipment are not supplied.

This full-sized soccer field features two full-sized soccer nets. Soccer equipment is not supplied.

Warden’s Park

Located on the Municipal Centre grounds, this site features one full-sized soccer field and two junior-sized fields.
Each field is equipped with appropriately sized nets and side benches. Soccer equipment is not supplied.
