Notice of Intention to Adopt Amendment to Wastewater Rates By-law 

In accordance with the Township Public Notice Policy, notice is hereby given that the Council of the Township of Adjala-Tosorontio will consider an amendment to By-law 2024-077 Wastewater Rates By-law, as amended, at the Regular Council Meeting to be held on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, in the Council Chamber located at the Municipal Centre.  

A copy of the proposed amendment is attached hereto, and is available in alternate formats, upon request.
