Residents living near the R&M Subdivision may notice representatives from Soil Engineers Limited in the area throughout July 2026. On behalf of FarSight Homes, they will be offering pre-construction surveys to neighbouring properties.

A pre-construction survey is a simple visual inspection of the exterior of your property. The survey creates a record of existing conditions before subdivision construction begins and can be useful in the unlikely event that concerns arise during the development process.

Participation is completely voluntary, and there is no cost to homeowners.

While the Township does not anticipate any issues affecting neighbouring properties during construction, residents are encouraged to consider participating so that a record of their property’s current condition is available if ever needed.

If you do not wish to take part, simply let Soil Engineers Limited know and no survey will be completed.
