The Township of Adjala-Tosorontio would like to inform you of the start of Phase Two of the bridge replacement on the Mulmur-Tosorontio Townline. During the closure, access from the north will be available up to civic address 996401, and from the south up to civic address 996319.

The replacement of the bridge will begin Monday, August 24, 2026. This phase of the project is anticipated to take two weeks to complete. During the construction, the road will be closed to through traffic, limiting access to homes. Please note that there will be no bridge in place during this phase of the project.

Residents living to the north of the bridge will only have access from County Road 5 and 5 Side Road, Mulmur, while residents living south of the bridge will only have access from Highway 89 for the duration of the construction period.

We understand that this may cause some inconvenience and appreciate your patience and cooperation as we complete these necessary improvements to our infrastructure.
