Application for Consent

Take Notice that an application has been received from Paul Wales for a Consent, pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended.
Location: 6280 & 6288 County Road 13, Adjala-Tosorontio.
Proposal: The purpose of this application is to facilitate a lot line adjustment between the properties municipally known as 6280 County Road 13 and 6288 County Road 13. The proposed adjustment will transfer approximately 5 metres of frontage and 1,829 square metres of land area from 6288 County Road 13 to 6280 County Road 13. The transferred lands will be consolidated with the receiving parcel, and no new lots are proposed to be created through this application.
Take Notice that the Committee of Adjustment will hold a Hybrid Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 21st, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. If you would like to participate virtually, make comments through letters, faxes, emails, voice messages or video clips or be notified of the Committee’s Decision regarding this application, please contact the Planning Department.
This meeting will be live streamed by the municipality through our iCompass Portal.
A copy of this Notice has been circulated to all assessed property owners within 60 metres of the subject lands as per the requirements of the Planning Act. The attached Location Map identifies the general location of the subject lands, and the Site Plan illustrates the proposed Minor Variance.
You are entitled to attend the Public Hearing and express your views regarding these applications. You may attend in person, or you may be represented by an agent or legal counsel. Additional information regarding the application is available for review at the Municipal Centre (7855 30th Sideroad, Alliston ON L9R 1V1) during regular business hours.
