Take Notice that an application has been received from Loreto D’Ambrosio for a minor variance from Zoning By-law No. 03-57, pursuant to Section 45 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended.
Location: 12 Margaret Avenue, Tosorontio, Adjala-Tosorontio.
Proposal: The subject lands are zoned Rural Residential (RR) under Township of Adjala-Tosorontio Zoning By-law No. 03-57, as amended. The applicant is requesting relief from Zoning By-law No. 03-57 to permit a lot coverage of 6.05% for a 95.35 m² (1,026.34 sq. ft.) enclosed porch and a 29.25 m² (314.84 sq. ft.) sea can storage container, whereas the maximum permitted lot coverage in the Rural Residential (RR) Zone is 5%. The enclosed porch is an addition to the rear of the existing dwelling, and the sea can storage container is located in the east interior side yard adjacent to the detached garage. Both structures currently exist on the property.

A copy of this Notice has been circulated to all assessed property owners within 60 metres of the subject property as per the requirements of the Planning Act. The attached Location Map identifies the general location of the subject lands, and the Site Plan illustrates the proposed Minor Variance.
