The Committee of Adjustment has denied the Consent Application.
Reasons For Denial:
Committee has based its decision on the legislative framework of the Planning Act and are in agreement with the comments provided in the Planning Report by the staff (attached hereto) and the following:
The Committee has determined that the Provisional Consent is not appropriate as:
- The application is not consistent with the 2020 PPS;
- The application is not consistent with the Growth Plan;
- The application doesn’t conform to the County Official Plan;
- The proposed consent doesn’t align with the Township’s Official Plan.
