In the matter of the above-noted application submitted to the Committee of Adjustment submitted pursuant to Section 53 of The Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13, as amended, wherein the applicant requested a severance.
The applicant has decided not to proceed with the matter and has subsequently requested the application be withdrawn from the Committee’s agenda.
In accordance with Committee of Adjustment Procedure By-law 2023-100, the Committee grants the request for withdrawal, the Secretary-Treasurer shall record that the Application is withdrawn from the Committee’s agenda and the Committee shall take no further action on the matter at the hearing.
