The Township of Adjala-Tosorontio’s Committee of Adjustment has made a decision regarding File No. B 10-2024 application for a Consent to Township Zoning By-law 03-57, as amended.

The variance has been considered under the requirements of Section 45 of the Planning Act RSO 1990 c.P.13, as amended, including written and/or oral submissions related to the application before and/or during the hearing when making the decision.

The purpose of this notice is to provide you with a copy of the decision.

CONDITIONS:

2. That Applicant/Owner submit one paper copy and a digital copy of a draft reference plan of sun/ey, to be reviewed and approved by the Township and other agency which shows the future building envelop for all structures to ensure compliance with Zoning By-law requirements;

3. That a registrable description of the subject lands be drawn up;

4. That the foregoing conditions be fulfilled within two years of the date of

the notice of the decision of the Committee.

DECISION:

That Consent Application No. B 10-24 be Approved, in accordance with the sketches attached and subject to the above conditions.
