Pilen Construction of Canada, together with its subcontractor Lisbon Paving, will be completing surface course asphalt paving within the entire Colgan Development from Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at 7:00 a.m. through Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at approximately 7:00 p.m. (weather permitting).

To assist with this work, residents are asked not to park vehicles on public roads during the paving period.
Please note:

• Depending on daily construction activity, driveway access may be temporarily restricted.
• Residents should park vehicles outside of the construction zone if they anticipate needing access during paving hours.
• If you require your vehicle, please relocate it prior to 7:00 a.m. on paving days.
• Vehicles may be returned to driveways once paving on your street is complete, or when advised by the on-site construction team.
