Permanent Dog Tag Licence Application

A maximum of three dogs permitted per household
Assistance Dogs and Livestock Protection Dogs are exempt from licence fees
A new Dog owner has 30 days to register their new dog
Payments are made using MasterCard, Visa only
A service fee of 2.9% + $0.30 is applied to Visa and Mastercard transactions to cover the payment processing costs of the service provider, Stripe.
A $2.00 shipping surcharge will be added to first-time dog licence registrations to cover mailing costs of the tag
