The Township of Adjala-Tosorontio has received a complete application for a Plan of Subdivision and a Zoning By-law amendment from Winzen Developments Inc. The proposed development is an infill development within the defined boundaries of the Everett settlement area. There will be an initial circulation in August with another circulation required at a later date for the public meeting at Council. The public meeting allows for residents to make comments, ask questions or voice concerns with regards to the proposal. After Council concludes taking into consideration all public input, and comments from internal and external agencies, the applications will go back to Council following the public meeting for a final decision. Once the decision has been made, there is a twenty-day appeal period for anyone to appeal the decision of Council.
