Lively Subdivision (Formerly Adjala South Estates/Rondax)

An Official Plan Amendment to redesignate the subject lands to Rural Residential was approved by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing on November 29, 1995, prior to the Oak Ridges Moraine Conservation Act coming into force.  Applications for a zoning by-law amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision for Adjala South Estates (now Lively Estates) were commenced before November 17, 2001, with the zoning by-law amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision being approved by the Ontario Land Tribunal on March 9, 2018, and October 2, 2019, respectively.  The Township has now granted final approval to the plan of subdivision including 25 residential lots to be developed on private wells and septic systems, one new internal road (Settlers Circle), stormwater management facilities, a fire services block, and environmental protection/open space areas. It is anticipated that subdivision site works will commence in the fall of 2026.

The subject lands are located at 1234 Concession Road 5, approximately 1km north of Highway #9.  The property is approximately 35.19 hectares in size.

As this subdivision is in the rural area, and will be developed on private well and septic systems, there will be no master servicing plan.
