Departure of Chief Administrative Officer

June 21, 2024 - The Township of Adjala-Tosorontio has parted ways with Chief Administrative Officer Mr. Nelson Santos effective June 20, 2024.

Mr. Santos held the position for nearly two years and in that time worked with Council and Staff to restore the financial footing of the Township, implement new policies, advance development processes, and encourage community engagement.

Notice of Road Closure - Concession Road 3

Notice is hereby given that a road closure will begin June 14th, 2024 and is expected to be closed for the remainder of the day. The road closure is located on Concession Rd 3, between the 30th Sideroad and the 25th Sideroad. The road will be fully closed due to a a fallen tree holding a line down close to the road.

Any questions on the road closure may be directed to the Public Works department by phone at 705-434-5055 ext. 248.

Fire Stations Open during Severe Weather

Environment Canada is tracking a major storm for Southern Ontario, which may produce significant winds, toonie sized hail and possible tornadoes. The Fire Stations in Everett and Loretto will be staffed from 2 pm until 8 pm in the event residents need safe refuge, or emergency power for charging cell phones. The Township is committed to keeping residents safe!
