Residents Notice: Colgan Development Sites November 27th, 2021

Work has been approved for Saturday November 27th at the sites of the Colgan Development to further ensure that drainage pathways and controls are completed as per the ESC design and that works for importation of fill materials to achieve grading and necessary elevations as part of the design will also occur.

The Township of Adjala-Tosorontio intends to amend the Site Alteration & Fill By-Law 20-47, as amended, Section 20.3, to amend Section 20.0 to add the following:

20.3 e) remove the fill that has been placed or dumped within forty-eight (48) hours after service of the order, or such other length of time as may be specified in the order;
