In accordance with Ontario Regulation 530/22, the Proposed 2026 Budget was provided to Members of Council and to the Clerk and was made publicly available on November 3, 2025. A tax rate of 2.65% is being proposed for 2026 which equals an annual increase of $114.53 for a typical residential property. Â

A Public Meeting will be held on November 12, 2025, to provide residents with an opportunity to engage in the process. Members of the public may attend and ask questions without submitting a deputation.
Additionally, a Special Council Meeting will take place on November 26, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. to review the budget.
The public is welcome to attend and provide comment during the Public Comment section or comments may be submitted to the Clerk no later than two hours prior to the meeting.Â
